Having a sense of community and being a part of a team is something that I have always treasured, and I look forward to seeing what direction this new initiative will take us.”

Viktor Hovland: A Mentor and a Guide
After 15 years of friendship, they will now be even closer partners of their journey. Kristoffer says, seeing Viktor being able to take his game to the top level has been very inspiring to me, and I believe having him within in a closer proximity will have a good impact on me, but also the rest of the team. Whenever I am with him, I try to pick his brain and learn something. Being able to do this more often, but also being able practice and play with him, will be something of great value.
Together towards the top
My personal goal is to become one of the best golfers on the planet. My goal for Nextup is to create a healthy, competitive team culture, and for us to have a number of players within the top 50 in the world. I believe that with the help of each other, and with Viktor as our mentor, we will be able to forge our way to the top more efficiently, and with a higher success rate, says Kristoffer.
